Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or need to make gaskets, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Please be assured that we ship all items sanitized and that they are processed to avoid any contamination.
Delays due to local restrictions are a possibility that may interfere with shipping times and could cause delays; if this happens to be the case, we will contact you ahead of time via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We typically ship items via USPS Priority, which includes tracking.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


ROYZE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We offer the following carriers and pricing for international purchases as detailed in the below table. We ship through USPS but could use FedEx and DHL if required, and would be pleased to quote both rates on application.
