Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received, and it must also be in the original packaging.
In order to complete your return, we will require your receipt, proof of purchase or Order Number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Solid State Electronics - These will be inspected prior to a refund or exchange. They must be NEW and unused.
Custom work, such as custom made gaskets, custom carburetor kits or Fuel Pumps, etc.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), and these are as follows:
Carburetor gaskets with obvious signs of abuse
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to error on our part.
Damage incurred by the shipping carrier; please see our Shipping policy for details, and file a claim with the carrier as soon as possible.
Custom built carburetors, custom built gasket kits, and custom made parts.
Anything returned after the 30 day window, unless a prearrangement was made.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item, and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Following an approval of a refund, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
The length of time a refund will appear in your account depends on the policies of your bank, or credit card issuer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, be sure to review your recent bank statments to confirm. Note that a refund can typically take up to 5 days, and may be delayed by bank holidays, or if it was processed on a non-business day.
Credit Card issuers typically have a policy on returns, and this may vary differently between companies.
If the refund still has not appeared within the policy timeframe of your bank or credit card, the following is recommended:
Contact your credit card company to confirm it has been processed, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded at this time. If there is any issue with your purchase, please do contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver; please note that this will make them aware of your return.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for the item return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that International refunds will take the approximate time it takes for the chosen carrier to deliver your returned item to us.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we'd recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, we are not liable for the carrier losing the shipment.
